Airbnb’s design for employees to live and work anywhere

I am really inspired by this post of the CEO of Airbnb. To give this kind of freedom to live and work from anywhere means you trust your people. If many more companies will follow in pursuit this will have an impact on climate and give underserved communities the chance to join the workforce. We also need to redesign the way we connect at work and how we use technology to support making this connection.
